Procedure
Dissolve the yeast in a little warm water together with the sugar and add to the flour and knead. Once absorbed, add the salt and oil to the remaining water and mix, then add it to the dough.
We knead for 10 minutes.
We make a salamella-shaped loaf, brush it with oil and let it rest for at least an hour.
Once it has risen we no longer have to touch it, but only cut strips on the short part of the salami, stretch them with our hands and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes
